How do I get paid?

Realtor Direct has 2 ways to pay you.

Mortgage Commission:

When you close a loan you will be compensated as a Mortgage Agent. This compensation is based on a percentage of the loan amount that is dictated by the factors of the loan.

Team Commission:

Start a team and earn an override on their production. This compensation is based on a percentage of the total volume the team closes each month. (Loan Amount volume)
